Politics program Thursday

Whether the political process fascinates you or frustrates you, plan to join us for this informative and educational presentation led by professor of political science Matt Lindstrom. “The 2012 Elections: Who is Involved. What’s at Stake” will be held at 7 pm Thursday, May 17 in Room E354 at Central Lakes College – Brainerd Campus. Lindstrom is the Edward L. Henry professor of political science at St. John’s University/College of St. Benedict and the director of the Eugene J. McCarthy Center for Public Policy and Civic Engagement. He is co-director of the CSB/SJU Washington, D.C., Summer Study Program and co-director of the CSB Marie and Robert Jackson Fellows Program. He has edited and authored two books and one encyclopedia including Encyclopedia of the U.S. Government and the Environment; The National Environmental Policy Act; and Suburban Sprawl: Culture, Ecology, and Politics.
