Spice up those traditional Easter baskets with these colorful eggs. Instead of candy inside the "flower bomb," you'll find a soil/clay ball. The seeds are sun-loving wildflower seeds that will grow and attract butterflied, bees and humming birds.
The Hort Club is selling the flower bombs today, April 2, outside the cafeteria around lunch time. Or stop in the CLC bookstore to pick up a few. They only cost $1 and egg cartons are available.
Don't have a green thumb? No worries. These colorful eggs come with care instructions.
The Hort Club is using the money they raise to help pay for a dish garden project they're working on.
