The Central Lakes College Raiders are undefeated in their first four games this season, bringing home a 28-0 win at Itasca on Sat., Sept. 18. Dominique Corder (left) hit Tyler Erickson for a pair of touchdowns and finished 12-of-22 passing for 333 yards. Erickson finished with four catches for 138 yards and Barret Powell caught three balls for 103 yards. "Statistically we dominated again," said Head Coach Greg Medeck. "I would still like to see our team finish drives and convert opportunities more. We did rack up over 450 yards of offense and kept Itasca off the scoreboard and limited them to under 100 yards. Corder had some big numbers in the passing game, especially to Tyler Erickson, who had well over 100 yards receiving and 2 TDs...The Rochester game this Saturday will have a large effect on homefield advantage, should either team qualify for the playoffs. This is also a divisional opponent so these games count twice as much in the standings." Last week Rochester was ranked 12th in the NJCAA poll and CLC was ranked 20th. In Week 3, Rochester pummeled Itasca, 50-13.
